To enable your team to complete a Career Pathway, we have provided several options to choose from. Here are examples of the Package #’s listed below.
Option 1: Choose SVAA which will allow all your employees to complete a Career Pathway at their pace by having access to all the CTI Basic and Advanced online content and the ability to attend any CTI technical classroom event on the calendar. This option works well for shops that have multiple technicians working through a Career Path.
Option 2. Choose SCESSP if you have a Service Advisor who you wish to grow into an Endorsed Service Sales Professional. This three year program is priced for one advisor and is supported with pre-classroom and post-classroom activities.
Option 3. Choose SVAOLT which gives your entire shop access to all the CTI Basic and Advanced online content. Couple this Package # with either SS4 or SS8 as needed to allow one technician to attend either a 4-hour or 8-hour CTI technical event or couple if with SV4 or SV8 if you have 3 or 4 technicians working through a Career Path. This allows you to pay as you go for the classroom requirements of the Career Pathway.
Option 4: Choose SVAOLT as in Option 3 but couple it with STS allowing up to 3 techs to attend 6 classes of their choice in 12 months or couple it with OTSST which provides the same to a one-tech shop. This provides the savings of a season ticket.
NOTE: Options 3 and 4 require you to submit two enrollment forms. One for the online subscription (SVAOLT) and one for the classroom subscription.
