The RDC allows the CTI / WTI development teams to join forces in one location to optimize the research and development process, including on-vehicle testing and validation, shop equipment evaluations, and case study creation. This 9,000-square-foot facility boasts a 50-seat primary classroom for instructor-led programs, a 20-seat hands-on classroom and a six-bay shop equipped with a comprehensive collection of state-of-the-art tools and calibration equipment. The Center’s Video Studio allows CTI and WTI to develop online content to seamlessly support classroom content, including the capability to stream live events from the Center.
The RDC functions to provide independent aftermarket partners, TECHNET Auto Service Professionals, professional automotive service centers, strategic accounts, OE manufacturers, industry groups and Advance team members with a training and research resource. The space also serves as the site of technician boot camps, “mentor train the trainer” events and a variety of other meetings.
The Research and Development Center enables CTI / WTI the resources to assure state-of-the-art curriculum for our customer’s needs, both currently and in the future.
