Cesar has over 30 years as a technician and instructor. First working in his Fathers shop, then 20 years as a vocational instructor. He also keeps busy owning his own shop. He is a certified first class technician, who also coaches other technician writing there exam for their Quebec license. Cesar joined CTI in 2009.
